When we make significant changes that affect your rights or responsibilities, we’ll send you an email and post a clear notice on our website. In cases of major changes, we might ask you to accept the new terms before they go into effect. User Eligibility & Acceptable Use
Eligibility and Capacity: You must be 16 years or older to use our services. If you’re between 16 and 18, we recommend reviewing these terms with a parent or guardian to be sure you understand your rights and responsibilities. By using our service, you confirm you have the legal ability to agree to these terms.
Age Verification: If we determine that a user under 16 is accessing our services, we will temporarily suspend the account while verifying your age. Failure to provide valid proof of age within 14 days may result in permanent deletion of the account.
Acceptable Use: Use our services responsibly. Do not use our services to commit or promote illegal activities, to harm others, or in any way that disrupts service for other users.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is,” and while we strive to maintain optimal performance, we cannot guarantee that everything will run perfectly at all times. To the fullest extent allowed by law, purehosted is not liable for any unexpected, indirect, or incidental issues arising from the use of our services.
Termination & Indemnification
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or end your access to our services if you violate these Terms or misuse our services. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in prohibited activities, causing service disruptions, or failing to meet required obligations (such as timely payments). If your access is terminated, you must immediately stop using our services and any rights granted under these Terms will cease.
Indemnification: If your actions while using our services lead to legal claims, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) against purehosted, you agree to help cover those costs as permitted by law. Even after your account is terminated, certain obligations—such as those related to liability and dispute resolution—will continue to apply.

Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and provided through our services—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of purehosted or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any of the content without express written permission.
We also use images that are freely available or unlicensed for specific purposes, in full accordance with their licensing terms. If you believe any content on our website violates your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@purehosted.net for prompt resolution.
3rd Party Agreements
If our services involve any game server or software provided by a third party, you must also comply with their Terms of Service. If your account is found to be in violation of another party’s terms, your services may be suspended until the issue is corrected. Repeat violations may lead to account termination.
Fair Usage Policy
We want everyone to enjoy a balanced and reliable experience. The resources included in your plan are yours to use as long as they’re not overburdening our system.
CPU/WAN Usage: If your usage stays above 80% for 72 continuous hours (using standard industry measures), we may need to review your usage.
Disk Utilization: Use your disk space only for game server files and data related to your service—not for general file sharing.
If your usage goes well beyond these guidelines, we’ll reach out to you with details before taking any further action.
Account Security
You are responsible for all actions taken using your account. Sharing your login credentials with others is not allowed. If you wish to grant someone else access, please add them as an authorized user through the appropriate feature. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, notify us immediately at support@purehosted.net.
Refunds and Payments
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not happy with our services during your first 7 days, let us know for a full refund—no hard feelings.
Recurring Payments: All recurring (monthly renewal) payments are considered final. Refunds will only be issued in the case of a billing error or another earnest mistake. Please notify us as soon as possible if such an issue occurs.
Service Expiration: If your payment lapses, your service will be suspended. You’ll have a 14-day grace period to make up the payment. After this period and one final reminder, your server and its data may be permanently deleted.
Your Data
Server Data: Your game server data is available via the web panel and SFTP. Please note that we do not back up your server data; in the event of node disk failure, data will be restored only from your latest backup.
Backup Data: Backups, generated via the web panel, are solely your responsibility to manage, update, and store. They are the only means available for data restoration if needed.
Data Deletion: If your server is deleted or your account is closed, all associated data will be permanently deleted. Please confirm that you are ready to forgo the data before deleting your server or closing your account.
Support
We are dedicated to ensuring a satisfactory experience. While we do not offer server management services (such as adding, configuring, or troubleshooting software), you are welcome to contact us for any issues affecting your service experience. Support is available via email at support@purehosted.net with a typical response time of less than 24 hours on business days. For quicker assistance, you may also contact us via Discord.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah. If a dispute arises, we agree to try to resolve it informally first. Failing a resolution, the matter will go to binding arbitration in Utah County—with an option to use small claims court when applicable. By using our services, you agree to this process and waive any rights to join a class action.
